From Westchester County
via Tappan Zee Bridge
Follow
Route 87 North to the Tappan Zee bridge into Rockland County. Then:
- Proceed on I-87 North (Pass Palisades Center Mall on your left)
- Take Exit-13S for Palisades Parkway South toward New Jersey
- Merge onto Palisades Interstate Parkway
- Take Exit 8-E onto NY Rt. 59-W
- Immediately at first traffic light make a left Crossfield Blvd.
- Proceed on Crosfield Ave. to West Nyack Rd. and turn left
- At first traffic light turn left into again onto Medical Park Drive
- Turn left into the Palisades Profesional Center parking lot and look for Suite 4
From Bergen County
Take the Garden State Parkway North to I-287 East / I-87 South. Then:
- Travel about 3 miles to exit 13S for Palisades Parkway South toward New Jersey
- Merge onto Palisades Interstate Parkway
- Take Exit 8-E onto NY Rt. 59-W
- Immediately at first traffic light make a left Crossfield Blvd.
- Proceed on Crosfield Ave. to West Nyack Rd. and turn left
- At first traffic light turn left into again onto Medical Park Drive
- Turn left into the Palisades Profesional Center parking lot and look for Suite 4
From Rt. 17 North, take I-287E / I-87S. Then follow same directions above from Bergen County.
From Passaic County
Take I-287 North to I-287 East / I-87 South exit 13S for Palisades Parkway. Then:
- Merge onto Palisades Interstate Parkway
- Take Exit 8-E onto NY Rt. 59-W
- Immediately at first traffic light make a left Crossfield Blvd.
- Proceed on Crosfield Ave. to West Nyack Rd. and turn left
- At first traffic light turn left into again onto Medical Park Drive
- Turn left into the Palisades Profesional Center parking lot and look for Suite 4
